Beginning / Belly Drills Class in Kahului

Get a great workout while learning the basics of improvisational bellydance moves.
Class includes deep stretching and drilling the moves for deep muscle conditioning.

What to Wear:
Wear comfortable clothing you can stretch in. Bring zills if you have them (extra's are available to borrow and for sale), water and a scarf to tie around your hips.
