These Bellydance classes focuses on building a vocabulary of basic moves using drills and isolations for strengthening technique and articulation of movement, imrpoving balance, flexibility and rhythm as well as building core strength. Wear comfortable clothes for stretching; bring water and a scarf to tie around your hips.
